Responsibility of Guru

This incident took place when Lord Rama was studying in GuruKul (A ancient educational institute of India where Child not only earn the Theoretical and practical knowledge but the knowledge of practical life.). One day Lord Rama was visiting in forest with His three Brothers Bharat, Lakshmana and Shatughana and other Classmate in the Congruence of Guru or their Master Guru Vshishta. They all were asking question and placing there problems before Guru Vshishta and he was solving them. Suddenly they saw a Dog lying on the Earth in deathlike condition and a number of Flea were sucking its blood . Rama asked to Vshishta- Guru jee, Why this Dog is facing such a dangerous condition? Vshishta replied- Dear disciple in its pre-birth this Dog was a Great sage and had many disciples. The sage taught them so he was responsible for their deeds. Unfortunately, all disciple took wrong way and did many sin. Being the Guru of these disciples he was also responsible for these sins. Lord Chitragupta (The God of Judgement) Gave sage the birth of Dog and his disciples were born as bloodsucking Flea (as they were subordinate to him), which are sucking his blood. Remind and inculcate Guru or master is responsible for the deed’s of his disciples.
